About the author

The late Roy Underdown was Principal of the College of Air Training, Hamble. Tony Palmer worked with him for many years preparing British Airways students for Civil Aviation Authority examinations. He is still employed as the Director of Training for Airline Training Associates which specialises in training for CAA examinations and also in all aspects of airline operations training.
